The pad This part is the foundation of the Dog Pack. Its unique collar system places the weight on the front legs. This is the strongest part of the dog. The 3M reflective tape makes the dog well visible during nighttime strolls. |

| If your dog never wore a dog pack before it is advisable to start with the pad only. In this way the animal get used to walking with packs without carrying the weight. When used consistently, it will quickly been associated with a stroll and the dog will be happily 'padded'. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The bags The shape of the bags is the result of a special design which keeps restriction of movement to an absolute minimum and prevents the bags from getting caught. All corners are rounded and the bottom is sloping. The bottom of the bag is made of heavy duty DuPont Cordura 1000 against abrasion while in the rest of the bag we used supple Cordura 500 for ease of use. The tension strap The nylon tension strap goes over and around the bags to give ultimate stability. Normally speaking you would not need it. In certain conditions it can even be risky. But if the passage is covered with heavy branches or bush and you're close to your dog it can be a big advantage to be able to strap the bags close to the dog. In dangerous terrain the dog feels less wobbly and it gives you a strong handhold to keep it close by. When you want to use the strap, be sure to use all five lashing points. |

Sizing The packs come in four sizes. Your dog has to be fully matured, depending on the breed, 9 months up to two years. The chest size is where the second strap comes, behind the front legs, the collar size is taken around the neck where the first strap will rest. Please follow the chart for correct sizing. |
